25 Swift Bear Chalet is a stunning luxury retreat in Big Sky, offering a curated blend of mountain elegance and modern comfort. Nestled among the trees with panoramic views of Lone Peak and the Andesite Mountains, this custom built home features four perfectly appointed bedrooms plus a bonus loft space. With 4,000 sq ft of living space, you’ll enjoy ski in ski out access to 5,850 acres of terrain as well as exceptional year round wildlife viewing. Situated near the Moonlight Basin entrance, enjoy both privacy and proximity to Big Sky’s vibrant year round activities, dining, nightlife, and just a short 45 minute drive to nearby Yellowstone National Park.
Step into the great room designed for both gathering and relaxation. The main living area boasts huge windows featuring breathtaking views, plush furnishings, a fireplace, and a flat screen TV. The gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, a gas range, stainless steel appliances, and a large kitchen island with bar seating for four, and a dining table with room for eight. Sliding doors open to a private outdoor space where a private bubbling hot tub, propane grill, and outdoor seating await for a perfect night under the stars.
Ready to rest easy? This chalet features four uniquely decorated bedrooms and a bonus loft space. On the main level, find the Primary King Suite complete with an attached ensuite bathroom with a stand up shower. The lower level includes a Queen Suite with an attached ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a stand up shower. On the upper level, you’ll find two more bedrooms, one bunk room with a Twin/Queen bunk bed and the other with two Twin beds. Both of these bedrooms share a full bathroom accessed through the hallway.
Additional amenities include a lofted game area with foosball, a Wii gaming system, dedicated ski storage with boot dryers, central air conditioning and supplemental fans/humidifiers as needed. Built to high environmental standards, the chalet uses a geothermal HVAC system and holds LEED Platinum Five Star Plus certification, providing luxurious mountain living with a significantly reduced carbon footprint.

SKI ACCESS
Ski Out:
Follow the groomed trail out the back of the house, ski across the road and onto the groomed access below. Follow this trail to the left and go through the tunnel to the White Otter chair lift. Ride White Otter to the top and cross White Wing to follow signage to the Big Sky Base area.
Ski In:
PLEASE STAY ON THE GROOMED TRAIL UNTIL YOU ARE DIRECTLY ABOVE THE HOUSE being mindful of the private property and neighbor homes. Follow White Otter Access to the rope tow for the Cascade. Take the Cascade Lift to the top and climb the stairs to a groomed trail that will take you back to Swift Bear Chalet. You will need to watch for signage for Swift Bear. There are several exits off this trail. Use map at top of stairs for guidance. **NOTE the rope tow is currently operable and will require you to walk the approximately 30 feet between the White Otter and Cascade lifts.
