Moonlight Mountain Home on Cowboy Heaven has ample living space with 2,355 sq feet comfortably sleeping, 12 guests. The four bedrooms are spaciously spread out over three levels offering privacy for larger groups. The master suite and bunk room on the lower level open onto an outdoor patio and open spaces, the main level features a queen bedroom with a fourth bedroom in the loft. Perched on the sunny slopes in Cowboy Heaven, Moonlight Mountain Homes have direct ski access to the Moonlight and Madison Base areas and are a lift ride away from endless Big Sky outdoor activities. Your luxurious mountain home is beautifully secluded yet only a ten-minute drive to Big Sky’s hub Mountain Village, and a 45-minute scenic drive to the geological wonders of West Yellowstone.
SKI ACCESS
Ski Access is king at the Moonlight Mountain Homes, with direct ski-in/ski-out access to Moonlight Basin and Big Sky Resort. Access lift start date varies, but typically early to mid-December. Access lifts may close before Big Sky Resort’s closing day depending on snow conditions. No access until lifts open and after lifts close. Direct access to the Madison Base Area Ski School makes morning lessons a breeze.
Ski Out:
Step out of the bunk room directly onto the Natawista Trail. Then at the bridge turn to the left to ski down to the Madison base on Drover or Natawista or stay to the right to ski on Bootlegger to get to Iron Horse.
Ski In:
Iron Horse lift to Cinnabar to Natawista and back to the house or Pony Express lift, under the ski bridge to Natawista. The 1st house on the right at the bottom of the Natawista bridge will be your Moonlight Basin Lodging.
