City regulations prohibit parties on any vacation rental (parties are illegal). Because of problems with parties, we do not rent to local residents. Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Our beach house is kid-friendly, with plenty of space for the little ones to play. The quiet dead-end street and private parking provide a peaceful and secure environment for your stay. You can easily check in with our self-check-in process and enjoy a coffee at our coffee bar. Stay connected with high-speed internet and work remotely with ease.
