Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- All check-ins made after midnight are subject to an extra fee of €20 paid in cash and during check-in.
- Baby utensils must be requested up to one week before check-in.
- After check-in/during your stay, additional costs may apply if:
- - Loss of key;
- - Key forgotten inside the apartment;
- - Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.
- Depending on the situation, the cost of the locksmith is between 40 / 150 Eur.
- If you want to use the sofa bed available in the apartment or if you need a cot (or cutlery, chair and bathtub for babies, babybath) you must notify us in good time, at least one day before your arrival.
- Guests can use the entire apartment as well as all available facilities.
- All check-ins made after midnight are subject to an extra fee of 20eur paid in cash and during check-in.
