Generally, the transport system in Vienna is comfortable and easy to follow, so you can easily reach from point A to point B. The nearest means of transport in the area of the apartment are: Trams: - 5 - 2 - 1 Buses: - 5A - 11B - 11A - N8 (night bus) Subway: Messe-Prater - U2 Schottentor - U2 Seestadt High-speed train: (from Praterstern) - R - S7 - REX 7 and 11 other Features of the area: This apartment is located in the 2nd district. The multicultural Leopoldstadt, Vienna's 2nd district, is separated from the city centre by the Danube Canal. If you want to take a breath of fresh air, Augarten or Amusement Park is the perfect place for it. A unique attraction of this area is the Prater which attracts over 250 attractions for children, teenagers and adults. The transport system of this district includes the Wien Traisengasse railway station, which provides communication between the airport and this apartment. From Wien Traisengasse railway station you will only need 5 min. walk to reach your apartment.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- According to Austrian law, as a real estate management company, we must collect the personal information of our guests.
- After booking the apartment, you will receive a link with a digital form. We kindly ask you to provide us with your personal data.
- Please note that no confidential information will be collected.
- Additionally, our communication managers, who are currently in Ukraine, will be dealing with your personal information such as name, surname and phone number.
- - Pet policy: staying with pets is prohibited.
- - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. You can be charged for smoking inside the property.
