This apartment is located in the 7th district of Vienna, Neubau. It is a peaceful, green location. The nearest top street is Mariahilfer Straße. It is the largest and one of the most famous shopping streets in Vienna. It connects the city center with the Vienna West Station. In the neighborhood, you will find different shops, restaurants, and cafes which you can choose according to your taste. The transport system in Vienna is comfortable and easy to follow, so you can easily reach from point A to point B. Nearest means of transport in the area of the apartment: - trams: 5, 6, 9, 18, 49, 52 - buses: N8, N49 (nights busses) - subway: U6, U3 - high-speed trains - Moreover,, there is a direct train from the airport of Vienna to Wien Landstraße (the closest train station to the apartment). From there (Wien Landstraße) you will only need approx. 15 min (using subway and walking) to reach the apartment. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Moreover, we would like to let you know that by request we can provide you with a cleaning during the stay. Furthermore, long term stay is possible.
- Additionaly to know, there is a direct train from the airport of Vienna to Wien Landstraße (the closest train station to the apartment). From there (Wien Landstraße) you will only need approx. 15 min (using subway and walking) to reach the apartment.
- Data Protection Declaration and Data Protection Consent
- According to Austrian law, as a real estate management company, we must collect the personal information of our guests.
- After booking the apartment, you will receive a link with a digital form. We kindly ask you to provide us with your personal data.
- The above-specified data is required for an official and lawful report of guests and will be forwarded to local councils and the tourism association. For the registration, we will refer your data to our business associate. As the main traveler or tour guide, you must declare that this information has been passed on to fellow travelers, for obtaining their consent. You have the right to revoke the hereby communicated data protection regulation in written form until 12 h before the planned arrival day. Without revocation, you have agreed to our data protection declaration policy.
