Less than a mile and a half you have the Homestead Recreation Center and close by is the Ezell Recreation, and SAWGRASS for fun!!! And the list is long if we add all the other amenities, rec centers and squares you can visit in The Villages. This beautiful brand new 2 bed / 2 bath is in The Village of Lake Denham. This villa has beautiful new furniture from Babette’s Furniture and Decor, and it has a FULLY EQUIPPED kitchen, linens, towels, etc. It has a BBQ grill for your use. Your washer and dryer are inside for your convenience, and you have a COZY PORCH to sit outside to appreciate the sunlight with your cup of coffee in the morning. WIFI, CABLE TV, ACCESS TO STREAMING. A lot of sitting areas, a dining TABLE FOR SIX, THREE STOOLS in the kitchen, and a seating area in the PORCH. You will LOVE this property. By the time you arrive, your Lifestyle ID will be waiting for pick up at the Brownwood Paddock Square sales office (you will be asked for identification and a $50 payment) so you can start enjoying all the amenities The Villages has to offer.
