SKI ACCESS
Stay warm for as long as you can with effortless access to slopes 20 yards from your heated garage. Homestead 6 uses the Rose Bud Access Trail located directly behind the home or has the option to use the White Otter access. Both options lead to White Otter chair lift’s loading point below the home. The anticipated opening date for White Otter lift is December 16, but the lift may open earlier in the season depending on snow conditions. The lift typically closes in mid-April, prior to resort closing. The home is not ski-in/out unless White Otter Lift is open. Please inquire for details.

Ski Out:
Step off the rear deck of your Big Sky Lodging and walk a short distance (20 yards) to the Rosebud Trail. Go skiers right and cross over the bridge, following the access trail to the loading area for the White Otter Chairlift. Option 2 is to use the White Otter Access. This requires walking out of the driveway, turning right and walking up to the access point next to Claim Jumper 16. Approximately 50-60 yard walk. The ski out does have a few flat areas that will be more difficult for snowboarders and young children. (Green access)
Ski In:
From the top of Swift Current, ski Jay Walk to Lower Morning Star. Once on Lower Morningstar, ski past the first set of Powder Ridge signs and take a left at the SECOND set of Powder Ridge signs. Follow the signs towards the White Otter access. Once on White Otter Access, immediately exit the trail to the left next to Claim Jumper 16 to access your rental prior to crossing the White Otter Access Bridge. (Green access)
