This practical two-floor apartment, with capacity for two people, is located in a quiet street in the center of Valencia. Decorated with great taste, modern and bright. It consists of a bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in its living room, which leads to its equipped kitchen.
This beautiful apartment has the perfect location: in the historic centre of the city of Valencia. You will find the Plaza de la Virgen and the cathedral a few meters away; as well as an infinity of restaurants and shops. Very close to the apartment are the lungs of the city, los Jardines del Turia, the old river bed that goes through the city west to east, from the Bioparc to the City of Arts and Sciences.
A guarantee of €200 will be requested, which will not be debited or blocked from your bank account. This guarantee will function as a limit as a bond in case of incidents on the property.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
