This peaceful beach house is located in a beautiful section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Enjoy the peaceful scenery ALONG WITH the short stroll to the beach. With all the comforts of a spacious and updated home, this is the perfect beach getaway. Minimum booking age: 25 This Airbnb is located on land with 2 separate houses - this residence is behind the other. It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. Parking: Driveway. Entry: Use of stairs is required for this property. Self check-in with keypad. Living/Dining Area: Spacious dining and living area with plenty of seating for the whole family. Kitchen: Fully stocked, spacious kitchen. Bedroom 1 - One king bed with an attached full bathroom Bedroom 2 - Full bed and twin bed. Bedroom 3 - Bunk bed with 1 full and 1 twin. Plus another twin. Bathrooms - 2 full bathrooms. Washer & Dryer - Private machines in the home! Beach: Short walk to beach access. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Guests will have the entire house for themselves. The house is on shared land with another home (separately owned). Golf cart present at the house. Must have valid drivers license and sign all waivers/agreements upon booking. Guests will have private parking and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that the area has to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi. PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: nearby grounds, sidewalks, etc Golf cart present at the house. Must have valid drivers license and sign all waivers/agreements upon booking. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. 2 dogs max - $150 nonrefundable fee. No smoking. Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 9. PLEASE NOTE: 1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. 2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
