This top floor, elevator available, golf resort condo is located in one of the most popular areas in Murrells Inlet! It is a highly desired and peaceful complex that brings in repeat visitors every year to experience the resort along with the high class golf course. You will enjoy spending your vacation in this golf area, while only being a mile away from the beach. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple golf/beach getaway!
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Easy access parking lot. No parking passes required. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: 3rd floor unit. Elevator available! Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans, and more!
Family room: Spacious area with plenty of seating! Enjoy the peaceful balcony via sliding glass doors.
Bedroom 1: King bed. Bathroom attached.
Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds.
Bathroom 2: In the hallway.
Balcony: Spacious with seating!
Amenities: There is an outdoor community pool in the complex. Operation subject to season and HOA schedule. Fitness center.
Beach: PEAK SEASON ONLY - The Tupelo Bay Golf Villa Beach Shuttle typically runs from Memorial Day through August. Each day after that the shuttle service will begin at 9:00 A.M. ending at 4:00 P.M. Hope you enjoy your time at the beach. This shuttle is run by a 3rd party and no guarantee of operation.
Golf: Tupelo Bay + others nearby as well.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.
You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool, and, of course, the highly recognized golf course
Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. No parking passes required. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, complex courts, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Routine Pest Control occurs monthly. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
