The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however it does not have a pull-out bed.

- The garage has a vertical clearance of 8’2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans
- Metered street parking is also available directly outside the building on Juneau. If you park on the street overnight ask us for info on permits
Other things to note:
- Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions.
- We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. Please review our House Rules before booking as we reserve the right to end the stay without refund if House Rules are violated
- The bedroom has a sliding barn door for privacy, however the top of the dividing wall between the bedroom and living room is partially exposed. Please see the listing photos for reference
- There is some potential for traffic or other street noise due to the central location of the property. Disposable ear plugs are provided for guests just in case

Requirements:
1. Verify your identity by uploading a government-issued ID and selfie through our ID verification partner
2. Pay a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
