Your stay includes one free parking space in a secured garage (the 5th Street Parking Structure) which has direct and enclosed access to the building - Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs ~$20/day, with increased rates during events - The garage has a vertical clearance of 8’2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans - Metered street parking is also available directly outside the building on Juneau. If you park on the street overnight ask us for info on permits Other things to note: - Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please review our House Rules before booking as we reserve the right to end the stay without refund if House Rules are violated - The bedroom has a sliding barn door for privacy, however the top of the dividing wall between the bedroom and living room is partially exposed.
