The building is fully loaded with amenities including a fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and a game lounge with darts, pool, and cornhole. This 2BR/1.5BA private apartment is located on the first floor and spans two stories via an interior staircase. The space sleeps four with a comfy queen bed in each of the two bedrooms. The sectional may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Living room: located on 1st floor of apartment. Though compact, the living area provides plenty of utility with a full size sectional and flexible seating options. The drop-leaf dining table seats up to 5 and also doubles as a workspace Bedroom 1: located on 2nd floor of apartment and includes a queen bed with an exterior-facing window Bedroom 2: located on 2nd floor of apartment and includes a queen bed with an interior-facing window that looks out into the building’s atrium.
