This Property Manager is situated in one of Milwaukee’s most historic buildings with architectural features that include original Cream City brick, exposed beams, arched windows, and city skyline views. The building is fully loaded with amenities including a fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and a game lounge with darts, pool, and cornhole.
The space:
This double queen apartment comfortably sleeps four with two queen beds in the same room. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Parking:
- This listing includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away (the Brewery Parking Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival
- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs ~$25/day (and increases during events)
- Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one
- The garage has a vertical clearance of 7’2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans

- All requests are subject to availability
Requirements:

2. Verify your identity by uploading a government-issued ID and selfie through our ID verification partner
3. Pay a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
