Discover the perfect blend of urban convenience and serene downtown living in this beautifully finished 2-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom duplex. This unique home offers quick access to Downtown Missoula and the University of Montana, making it ideal for both work and play.
Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed space with high-end finishes and modern amenities. The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with large windows that flood the space with natural light!
As an extra service to our guests, we can provide a baby high chair and/or pack-n-play travel bed, upon request, free of charge. The property includes year round views of the Clark Fork River and is a seasonal water front property off of the Target Range irrigation channel, which is fed from the Clark Fork River.
*Please Note: All bedrooms are located on the lower level of the home!
Parking is right in front of the home on the far left hand side of the driveway and allows for 2 vehicles (parked end to end on the left hand side). The right hand side of the driveway in front of the garage is reserved for the neighboring property. If there are additional vehicles over 2 please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in finding a solution. No parking on the street in front of the home between 8-5 p.m. Monday-Friday, as the University of Montana tows in this residential district. The guest parking pass is available for use during the time frame listed above (there is a 4 hour max). We can provide a map from the city that highlights no-citation parking areas within walking distance of the home if you will need additional parking.

We offer contactless check-in via smart lockbox. However, we available to answer questions and interact as little or as much as our guests desire. We are passionate about all things Montana and are happy to offer recommendations.
Within walking distance of the UM campus. Quick access to downtown Missoula and I-90. 13 minutes from the Missoula Airport. 20 minutes to the Blackfoot and Bitterroot Rivers. 2 1/2 hours from Glacier National Park.
With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers.

Need -a- Lift , Uber, Lyft are available but this is a very walkable location to both downtown and university.
