This newly renovated Kiawah Island one-bedroom, one-bathroom villa is just steps from the beach. Upon entering the villa, you are greeted with a beautiful entryway and the primary bedroom immediately to your right. It offers a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and access to the bathroom as well. The bathroom, also accessible from the hall, features a beautifully renovated walk-in shower with a built-in bench. Down the hall, you will find the living room and kitchen area. With plenty of seating, the living room provides a comfortable couch, flat screen TV and a fold-out Murphy bed to accommodate two additional guests. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an island with seating for four, as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Guests may enjoy a morning cup of coffee, a peaceful lunch, or an evening beverage on the screened porch, located just off of the living room. A small table and chairs for two are provided, as well as two additional lounge chairs with a small side table. The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Dogs under 25 pounds are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day, with a maximum of two (2) pets. Contact us directly to add pets to your reservation.
