The space is very clean and well-equipped, featuring 2 Queen beds and a sofa bed. WiFi included. Great for a family stay—highly recommended! This 2-storey townhouse has the Living, Dining, Kitchen and outdoor area on the ground floor. There is a sofa bed located in the living area which can accommodate up to 2 adults - sofa bed linen is additional fee. First floor contains both bedrooms with Queen beds and bathroom. Upper floors accessed by stairs only. The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large 50 inch Samsung flatscreen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There’s also a dining area with seating making it easy to enjoy meals together. Should you choose to dine out it is a very short walk to an incredible number of restaurants, bars, eateries and cafes. City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed.
