This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Newly built 3-storey 2-bedroom 2-bathroom, a short stroll to Hagley Park and down the road from the Hospital. A short walk to the attractions of Christchurch -Riverside market and the Terraces. Containing 2x Queen beds and a sofa bed, a perfect family escape or work getaway. A fully equipped Kitchen, Sunny Courtyard, Bidet toilets and fully tiled bathroom to name a few features of this beautiful property.
Ground floor (1st floor) has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard. Also located in the Lounge is a sofa bed - linen is an additional charge.
Upstairs (2nd floor) has the bedroom with x1 Queen Bed and a full sized bathroom.
On the 3rd floor is the master suite with ensuite - containing a Queen sized bed and wardrobe. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds.
Less than 2minute walk to the beautiful Hagley Park and 10minute walk to Hagley Oval - A great base to attend functions and events in the area.
A 10 minute leisurely stroll to Riverside Markets and The Terraces - A must see and experience in Christchurch. Close to Christchurch hospital should you need to visit relatives.

This property does not come with allocated carparking - there is free and paid street parking options a short walk away.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning.
We provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.

Located by the famous Hagley Park, enjoy the Autumn leaves or Cherry Blossoms when you come to stay. A short walk to the green space, Hospital and Hagley Oval. The CBD, Riverside Markets, and The Terraces a 10min walk from the property.
The Christchurch bus exchange is a 15 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch.
On street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during school hours however does empty out in the evenings.
The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. This information is detailed in the Welcome pack inside the property.
Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.
Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.
City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
