The spacious apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern development on Kępa Mieszczańska at Dmowskiego Street in Wroclaw. The quiet neighborhood of the apartment guarantees peace and respite and access to walking paths around the investment, accompanied by nearby greenery and the Odra River. The location on the island provides proximity to all the attractions of the city center, and at the same time intimacy thanks to the presence of nature - the apartment is located on the edge of the City Park. These advantages make the apartment an excellent choice for tourists, but also for business guests who want to relax away from the noise. The famous Wroclaw Market Square is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment. A several-minute walk to the city center takes you across one of Wroclaw's most beautiful bridges - the Pomeranian Bridge - with a picturesque panorama of the center and Wroclaw University. Grocery stores such as Żabka or Biedronka located right next door allow guests to quickly meet their daily shopping needs. In addition, convenient transportation links in the area make it easy to get to other districts of Wroclaw. A car or cab ride to the airport takes less than half an hour, and 12 minutes to the main train station.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
