This beautiful and modern apartment is situated in the quiet neighborhood of Kraków in the new apartment building. The apartment is located 1km from the Old Town and 800m from The Wawel Castle. The location on the new housing estate makes this apartament an excellent starting point for Krakow exploration, and a great place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. The estate is located on the bank of the Vistula river, on the edge of the historical Kazimierz district. The new city center is just 3 km away from the apartament, making all important Kraków's landmarks accessible by foot. In the nearest neighborhood, there are many local amenities to fulfill daily needs, such as grocery shop (270 m), culture cafe (350 m) and restaurants (300). The children will love the playground on the estate and the green Planty Park 150 meters from the apartament.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
