A beautiful apartment located in the Tumskie Ogrody II investment located in the heart of Wrocław, in the vicinity of Ostrów Tumski, a place not only beautiful, but also the oldest in Wrocław. Sienkiewicza Street is remarkably close to the most important places of the Wrocław metropolis - the Botanical Garden located only 550 meters from the estate, the Tumski Bridge and the Wrocław islands are less than 10 minutes' walk away. Just a 20-minute walk is enough to get to the Wrocław Market Square and other tourist attractions in the center. There are numerous cultural institutions in the immediate vicinity - the Panorama of the Battle of Racławice Museum (1.3 km), the National Museum (1 km). The advantage of the location is the proximity of the Market Square and great communication with every part of the city, extensive public transport and infrastructure around the estate allow convenient and easy access to any place in the city and beyond its borders - a tram stop about 200 meters from the apartment. In 2017, Tumskie Ogrody II received an award in the "Beautiful Wrocław" competition.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
