This modern one-bedroom apartment is located in Mokotów District at Taśmowa Str. on the new housing estate. The apartment is just 2 km from the Chopin Airport! The estate provides excellent leisure conditions thanks to its well-developed infrastructure. On the ground floors of the buildings there are stores, restaurants and service outlets, and in the common areas of the estate a playground and a courtyard with greenery and wooden benches are designed. For bigger shopping needs, the shopping center Galeria Mokotów with over 200 stores, a food court and a cinema is 1,4 km away from the apartment. The location has a great communication links, especially with the Chopin Airport to which you can get in 5 minutes by car. From the nearby city train station (450 m) there is a direct 30-minutes long city railway to the city center.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
