This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath beach home in the South Shores subdivision is bright, modern, close to the beach, and puts you in the perfect spot to enjoy all the area’s incredible dining and shopping.
The main living/dining area and kitchen are located on the 1st floor. The large kitchen overlooks the comfortable living space - a great place to gather to plan the day or to spend a night in. Just off the back of the home is the patio where you can enjoy cooking up an amazing BBQ feast on the gas grill.
The master bedroom and a bunk area are located on the 2nd floor. The master features a king bed, TV and private balcony access. The generously sized en-suite bathroom has dual vanities and a large shower. Upstairs on the 3rd floor you’ll find 2 additional bedrooms that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Both bedrooms include TVs. The queen bedroom has access to a private balcony as well The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds.

A Property Manager welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
