This calm and soothing Seagrove Highlands condo is the place to make your family’s beach memories. This 3rd Floor unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms. The location is great - you’re a few steps from the pool, a few minutes from the beach, and only 1 mile east of Seaside. And of course you’re surrounded by all of the local flavor that Seagrove Beach has to offer.
With an open floor plan, you’ll find it enjoyable to cook while entertaining your family and friends in the living area. The living room is a cozy place to gather and features a Smart TV and a DVD player. The screened patio opens up to views of Point Washington State Forest. It truly is a peaceful spot to enjoy your coffee and plan out the day’s itinerary.

From the front of the complex, head south on Somerset Bridge Road. Directly across 30A at the Tom Thumb is your beach access.

You’re conveniently positioned between two public beach accesses that are reached with an easy walk or bike ride. Santa Clara Regional Beach Access is just a 5-minute bike ride away and features parking plus restroom facilities.

Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right up the road from the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

An initial Property Manager signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
