Our Seaside is a modern beach retreat in Seagrove with a beautiful large private pool (with option to heat).This home is tucked away in a tree-lined residential area between 30A and Eastern Lake. Your rental comes complete with four bikes, a fantastic amenity that invites you to explore the scenic surroundings at your leisure. Whether you choose a leisurely walk or a breezy bike ride, the beach is just minutes away, allowing you to immerse yourself in the coastal beauty effortlessly. For a winter stay that’s truly exceptional, the heated pool is an absolute must. You can bask in the warmth of the heated pool while enjoying the peaceful ambiance of the season. Our Seaside greets you with a warm and inviting open space where both the kitchen and the dining area open into the living area for effortless entertaining that has a large smart tv’s. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes some extras like a Crock-Pot, Instant Pot and air fryer! Right off the kitchen is a large laundry room plus a half bathroom. At the back of the home you’ll find the bunk room with a full bathroom (convenient for those pool days) and access to your very own private pool oasis. Out here, feel free to splash around or grab a lounger. Enjoy cooking up a great dinner on the gas grill while watching your family enjoy an incredible pool day. There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor, each with a private bathroom and balcony. The third floor serves as a bonus bedroom, featuring two custom-built twin beds. From this space, you can access the roof deck to take in stunning views of Seagrove and the surrounding 30A communities. Enjoy ultimate relaxation by the poolside lounge area, featuring various seating options including loungers, chairs, a sofa, and a large dining table. Refresh with an enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for post-swim or beach days. Plus, there are five outdoor patios for everyone to unwind in their own space. Sleeping Arrangements: 1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen-over-Queen bunks, twin trundle. TV and pool access. Private bathroom with large rainfall shower. 3rd Floor, Bonus Space: 2 twin beds, twin rollaway, TV and private roof deck access. Beach Access: Eastern Lake and Ramsgate offer great access points. Eastern Lake is perfect for kids, providing a calm, shallow spot for floating and rinsing off after the beach. Enjoy both lake and beach access! A starter set of amenities is provided: The kitchen includes paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen wipes, trash liners, and laundry pods. Each bathroom has toilet paper, facial and bath soaps, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels include one body towel and washcloth per guest, plus two hand towels per bathroom.
