Making Memories is just 3 minutes to the sugar white sands and emerald waters of the 30A beaches. Located in the popular Gulf Mist subdivision, with this home you’ll also have access to the beautiful community pool as well! The 1st floor of this home is the main living area with a spacious kitchen overlooking the beautiful dining area. Everything is light, bright, and beachy here. Out the back door is a gas grill and fire pit area with more seating for all of your outdoor gathering needs. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs to sleep 8 comfortably. The 2 guest bedrooms share a large hallway bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower combination. All bedrooms have TVs as well as access to the balcony. Right off the master suite is a wonderful additional outdoor entertaining space with TV and mini fridge. At Making Memories, you’ll enjoy a relaxing vacation with plenty of comfortable furnishings and wonderful outdoor living spaces. Sleeping Arrangements: 2nd floor, Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV and balcony access. 2nd floor, Bedroom 2: Queen-over-queen bunk bed, TV and balcony access 2nd floor, Bedroom 3: King bed, TV, and balcony access. Private bath with dual vanities and large shower. Beach Access: Heading out the subdivision, cross 30A and turn right onto the walking path. Take this down a few feet past The Palms to your beach access, Pelayo. Make your way just down 30A to the beach access and you’ll have your toes in the sand within minutes. The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or two to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East. An initial Property Manager signature box of amenities is provided for all guests.?For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
