Green Flag Day is located in the Cottages of Eastern Lake subdivision, tucked away off 30A near plenty of dining and shopping. The community features a large pool at the end of the subdivision with plenty of palm trees for shaded relaxation and loungers when you’re ready to soak up the Florida sun.
Inside this home you’ll love the warm neutrals and cool blues. The comfy living area sits next to the open kitchen with a large island that’s the perfect prep space for your meals and snacks. 2 can sit at the island and there is seating for 6 at the dining table. The home is all on one level with no sets of stairs to worry about! With 3 bedrooms, this Seagrove beach cottage can sleep up to 6 guests.

Bedroom 1: King bed and private bathroom with large walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV.
Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds, TV.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the hallway bath with dual vanities and tub/shower combination.
Beach Access:
Head down Eastern Lake Court, turning left onto Lakewood Drive. Follow Lakewood until Beachfront Trail and turn right. There is a public parking lot here as well. Down the end of Beachfront Trail is your beach access, Walton Dunes.

Seagrove Beach:
You can’t beat the location when it comes to food. You’re within walking distance to great local favorites for lunch and dinner not to mention coffee and donuts. Enjoy the relaxed environment surrounding all the options at Coastal Dune Co. Grab a fresh catch at Buddy’s Seafood Market, or dine-in at Old Florida Fish House.
Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right around the corner from the neighborhood. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

A Property Manager welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
