The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There’s also a dining area with seating for six. On the balcony, you will find comfortable outdoor furniture to bask in the sun. The second floor contains the first bedroom with a king-size bed and the main bathroom, followed by another second bedroom. The upper floors are accessed by stairs only. This home is located in a development of townhouses with permanent residents and rental homes. It is within walking distance of highly rated cafes such as C4 Coffee and restaurants like Smokey T’s. The Christchurch bus exchange is a 15 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. This property comes with an off-street carpark space. On street parking is also available and is free outside the development but can often be full during the day. The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed.
