This home is the perfect location for easy access to Hogtown Bayou and the Choctawhatchee Bay. And, you’re just a quick 10-minute drive from the amazing 30A beaches. Fabulous dining and entertainment options are easily accessible as well. A great quiet place to get the full 30A experience from the bay to the beach.
This modern and updated home is conveniently on one level with an open-concept main living area. The main living area and the dining area both feature large Smart TVs - the perfect setup to root for your favorite team. And even better, the sofa features power reclining for the ultimate in relaxation.
6 can comfortably sit at the dining table and there are 2 spots at the kitchen island. You’ll love hanging out on the front porch with a cup of coffee as you plan out your boat day. This a great spot for some shaded fresh air and quiet reflection!

Bay Access:
Head north on 7th St., making a left on E. Wilson and then a right onto Highway 393 until you reach Cessna Landing.
Distance: .5 miles | Time: 9 minutes walking, 2 minutes driving
Cessna Landing:
Cessna Landing is a county park on Highway 393 a few miles north of US 98 on Hogtown Bayou. The park has a boat launch, docks, picnic shelters, basketball court, squash court, and playground. Right next door is the Bayou Arts Center, home to the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County.
Beach Access:
Head north out of the neighborhood, turning left onto Ann St. W. and then left/south onto Highway 393. Take 393 until it ends at your beach access, Ed Walline Regional Beach Access.

30A:
30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
