The Maverick Amigos is made up of three modern homes that are next to each other, conveniently within a block of Center St., and within walking distance of the beach. Hudson House and Beach Maverick share a gate to connect their backyards and Tres Amigos is across the street from Hudson House. Each home has three parking spaces available. Beach Maverick is a 3BR/2BA home that can sleep up to 6 guests. There is a large front porch to enjoy meals on a sunny day. Right inside is a modern kitchen that opens to the cozy living room. You will find a king-size bed in the primary bedroom with a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a beautiful glass shower. The middle bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV, and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is an additional full-size bath with a shower/tub combo. This home features a fenced-in yard, outdoor shower, and charcoal grill. Beach Maverick allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. The combined weight of the 3 dogs cannot exceed 100 pounds. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire.
