***This home is currently for sale*** One of Folly’s Best! The Happy Little Beach House is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom private home, perfect for up to eight guests. Reunite friends and family in this recently renovated, modern beach retreat. No need for your car while on the island as it is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and Center St., where you can find local restaurants and shops. The sunroom is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening game nights. Take a short walk to the Folly Beach pier to watch fishermen and view a golden sunset. The kitchen has sleek new appliances and is fully stocked with the tools you need to make a delicious meal. There is cable as well as streaming services to catch up on your favorite show. The three bedrooms consist of a king bed and two queen beds. Peacefully wake up to the sunrise on the two twin daybeds in the sunroom. For groups that need more space, there is a twin sofa bed in the living room. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Through the kitchen, there is a washer and dryer. On the backside of the home is an outdoor shower. The Happy Little Beach House allows 2 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. There is off-street parking for 3 cars. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number: LIC053570. Because of the potential for fraud, we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.
