If you arrive by the early evening hours we have a dedicated staff member showing you the property and answering any questions you may have. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NEED TO KNOW Notes about the hot tub: - the max temperature is 113°F / 45°C - the hot tub will heat up automatically twice per day, once in the afternoon and once in the evening - we are unable to change the hours due to noise restrictions in the building - please do not take glass with you into the hot tub Electricity is included in short-term stays (<28 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. Should your stay be 28 nights or more, we will collect a security deposit of $500 usd before check-in.
