For eco-conscious travelers, we’ve got you covered with an EV charger on the property! This is the perfect home for your next vacation! The space This home is the perfect spot for your next family vacation! Enjoy outdoor meals with the gas BBQ grill, and don’t forget to hit the beach! We provide 4 beach chairs and an umbrella to make your day by the ocean comfortable. For some more fun, there’s pickleball equipment and basketball gear available to use at the neighborhood courts. As you step inside, you’ll find a spacious open layout featuring beautiful hardwood floors and stylish furnishings. The bright living area flows into a modern white kitchen equipped with stainless steel GE appliances and marble countertops. The large kitchen island has bar stool seating, making it a great spot for family meals or snacks. On the first floor, you’ll find a relaxing porch, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, and you can enjoy family game nights with the board games provided. The first floor also has a master bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 more cozy bedrooms, 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and 1 bunk room that sleeps 4! Plus, there’s an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after your beach adventures. There is also a 2nd living space upstairs with a sleeper sofa. Located less than a mile from the beach and surrounded by beautiful state forest and nature trails!! INCLUDED access to Naturewalk amenities: -Large zero-entry pool -Shaded kiddie pool -Seasonally heated lap pool -Hot tub -2 Fire pits -2 BBQ grills -Playground -TONS of walking trails through gorgeous nature preserves -Pickle ball -Volleyball SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS (Sleeps 12 Guests): FIRST FLOOR: -Master Bedroom: King bedroom and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub SECOND FLOOR: -Master Bedroom: King bedroom and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, walk-in shower, separate soaking tub, walk-in closet, private balcony -Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, shared bathroom with tub/shower combo -Bunk room: A full bottom bunk with a twin top bunk and a twin trundle pull out bed, shared bathroom with tub/shower combo -Sleeper sofa in upstairs living space There is a pack n’ play and air mattress available upon request. Guest access There is parking for 1-2 cars in the driveway depending on the size of the vehicles. There are various parking pads throughout the community. Other things to note -Please note the neighborhood and management team enforces quiet hours after 10pm, and be mindful of noise levels to respect the surrounding residents/guests. -Minimum age of renters is 25 otherwise must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for every 3 guest under 25. Failure to comply with this can result in being asked to leave the property (no refunds). -No pets and no smoking allowed on the premises. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. -Smoking is strictly prohibited. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, pool, firepit, or other amenities provided to guests.
