In addition to the private pool, you’re just steps away from the popular community pools at the NatureWalk Gathering Place. This professionally decorated home features beautiful coastal decor, hardwood floors, 65" TVs in each bedroom, huge walk-in closets, and top-of-the-line finishes. The front porch has a comfy porch swing for relaxing! Off the entry of the home, there is a game room with 65" TV and 4 swivel chairs around a table. There is also a half bathroom and the laundry room. The kitchen offers stainless appliances, granite countertops, a large eat-in island with seating for 4, and designer cabinets. Adjacent to the kitchen is the beautifully appointing dining room with seating for 8. A 72" flat-screen TV and comfy seating (which will have 2 sofas + 2 occasional chairs) make the living room the perfect venue for a vacation movie night! Adjacent is a master bedroom with a king bed with a 65" flat screen TV and a private en-suite bathroom with a large glass shower, separate soaking tub and dual vanities. The back porch is the perfect place to kick back with friends and loved ones over sundowners. Guest access There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway, depending on the size of the vehicles. There are additional free parking areas throughout the community. Please note the garage is only to be used for the LSV. Other things to note -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day’s rental fees. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay -Smoking is strictly prohibited. -All renters must be over 27 years of age, or if under age 27 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -LSV is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
