In the home, you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an enormous kitchen island for everyone to sit down and enjoy meals and good company. This open floor plan has sight lines into the living room area where everyone can gather to watch their favorite shows. You will find a king-size bed in the primary bedroom with a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a beautiful glass shower. The middle bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV, and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is an additional full-size bath with a shower/tub combo. A large deck out front with a grill below, perfect for outdoor entertaining. You will have private parking for three vehicles, as well as an outdoor shower and fenced-in yard. Really everything you need for a great vacation! Please note: charcoal/propane and cleaning of grill is the responsibility of the guest. Beach Maverick allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. The combined weight of the 3 dogs cannot exceed 100 pounds.
