Lucky Moon Retreat has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, two living rooms, and a brand new sunbathing and stargazing deck. Located within 15 minutes of the main Joshua Tree National Park entrance, Hollywood’s historic Pioneertown, and the eclectic downtowns of Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree. TOT # STVR 15-22 Lucky Moon Retreat is a peaceful desert oasis tucked amid the mountains overlooking Yucca Valley. Its close proximity to all the major Mojave Desert attractions, coupled with our newly redesigned backyard makes Lucky Moon a perfect space for creating lasting memories. All bedrooms are equipped with either a Queen or Cal King new memory foam mattress, large closet, reading nook and storage space for your luggage. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, baking, cooking and cocktail tools you’ll need to enjoy your stay, and our two living rooms have everything you’d want to rest and relax after a long day exploring the park and local towns. Our two full bathrooms have plenty of towels and complimentary amenities for you to enjoy. Guests will have full access to the property. We have two driveways that can each accommodate up to 2 vehicles. The desert is a sprawling place, and we recommend using cars to get wherever you need to go. Things to Know Before You Book: Bedrooms: Primary Bedroom / King bed with ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2 / Queen bed with shared guest bathroom Bedroom 3 / Queen bed with shared guest bathroom Parking Details: 2 cars can park on the paved driveway 2 cars can park on the unpaved driveway No street parking A/C and Heat: Lucky Moon Retreat has central AC and heat so you can be comfortable all year around. Fireplace: Please do not use the indoor fireplace in The Lounge. Instead, you are welcome to use our gas-powered fire pit in the backyard. Pets: Lucky Moon Retreat is happy to host furry friends! Please know that you may see our neighbor’s cat, but he is skittish and will run away if approached. - Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $75 - Please be aware that wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes may be present. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay. Deposit: We charge a security deposit, which will be returned after your stay pending any damage. Cleaning Fee: 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. More information about the added damage and liability insurance fee can be found in the house rules. Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Quiet Hours: As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our home. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Guest access You will be sent instructions for how to access the home on the day of check-in. Cancellation Policy: Please advise that if you decide to refund there will be a service charge of 5% for all refunds in order to cover fees, please refer to the platform and their policy for refund amounts and scheduling.
