Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
  • Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • All the amenities you can ask for are provided, including cable television, WIFI and a bedroom/office that provides a small mid-century desk with views of the San Jacinto Mountains and the iconic palm trees of Palm Springs.
  • We do have to warn you...when you see THE BEVERLY in person, you may never want to leave!

  • The garage has been converted into a Living area. There is plenty of parking on the driveway (up to 4 cars).
  • Other things to note
  • Pool heat is optional and available for a fee of $100 per night. The pool heating is for the entire stay.
  • **By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:
  • 1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
  • 2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
  • 3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).
  • 4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).
  • 5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (8 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental.
  • 6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (4 cars max)
  • 7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
  • 8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.
  • 9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.
  • **These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.
