Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - Security Deposit of AED 2,500 required before check in for direct bookings through website
- - Quiet hours from 23:00 and 8:00 every day
- - No pets allowed
- - Parties are not allowed
- - Respect residential amenities and security of property and neighbors
- - Guests must not generate noise that is offending neighbor during arrival, departure or any time during occupancy, especially between 23:00 and 8:00
- - Children under 14 should be supervised in all recreational areas and common areas
- - Children under 14 should shall not be left unsupervised in the property balcony
- - Guests may not make any alterations to the unit
- - Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas
- Conduct that is not in accordance with these rules may result in:
- - Eviction of the guests
- - Payment of additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others
