Located on the west coast of Istria, Rovinj is today one of the most developed tourist destinations in Croatia. Also known as one of the most picturesque and romantic cities in the Mediterranean, Rovinj has been attracting a large number of tourists for decades. You will be captivated by its 22 islands and islets, pleasant Mediterranean climate, carefully designed green areas, clean and tidy streets, kindness of the locals and numerous events.
This amazing villa is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood in a beautiful rural area only 5 km away from Rovinj city center and beautiful Rovinj beaches, restaurants and shops.
Villa Sky has two floors. On the ground floor is apartments with 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is also a tavern with large dining table and fire place that has a direct exit to a pool area. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and large living area. It can accommodate up to 8 people. You rent whole villa for sole use. The villa is ideal for a large group of people who, in addition to socializing, also seek their privacy. In the common area for socializing, you also have an indoor stone fireplace for fresh spring evenings and a guitar, billiards and table tennis for leisure. The outdoor area is surrounded by hedges so offers complete privacy. The main emphasis is on the pool, which has a heating function and is surrounded by sun loungers. By the pool is a summer kitchen with barbecue for preparation of traditional Istrian specialties. There is also a terrace with a dining table and on the balcony, another set to enjoy the beautiful view.
