Villa Roko is located in the small village of Prkos in the municipality of Škabrnja. Prkos is 17 km from Zadar and 7 km away from the airport. Škabrnja is a place rich in history and an area rich in indigenous agricultural products that travel from this region to many Croatian markets. Škabrnja is an ideal place for a rural escape from everyday life and a starting point for 5 National Parks and 2 Nature Parks.
Villa Roko has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two separate toilets in the tavern, living room with dining room and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa will enchant you with its spacious exterior, which is dominated by a private heated pool surrounded by deck chairs and a spacious dining area. There is also a tavern with a grill for preparing traditional Dalmatian specialties and another outdoor dining area in front of the tavern. The villa also offers a playground for children on a spacious meadow, and what will definitely knock you off your feet is the stunning view of olive groves and endless greenery. The villa offers complete privacy and is far from the neighboring houses behind it, while kilometers of beautiful fields separate the spacious yard and the sky.
