Villa Oak is placed in a small village called Smilcic, just 25 km from Zadar. This is a stunning historical stone villa with old tradition (from 1820). Built-in 1820 and renovated to adopt new lifestyle this villa offers an oasis for family and friends gathering. Amnesties fit all the requirements of modern lifestyle, with some restored furniture pieces that picture lifestyle of the 19th-century aristocracy.
Villa consists of the first floor and separate object on the ground floor with large kitchen, barbecue, place for chilling and one additional bedroom. In the courtyard is large swimming pool with sun loungers. This villa is perfect for relaxing holidays.
First beach is in Novigrad, just 7 km away from villa. Krka waterfalls, Velebit, Kornati islands are one of the most popular Natural parks in Croatia, and less than two hours drive from villa.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
