There are 3 bedrooms located within the villa, 2 of which have a double bed and the last contains 2 twin beds. In addition, two bathrooms can be found. Every room is air-conditioned.

Especially in the garden and on the roof terrace, you can thoroughly enjoy your holiday. Relax on one of the sunbeds, swim in the private pool or lounge on the roof terrace. And end the day with a BBQ session around the outdoor dining table. All while enjoying panoramic views over the Costa Blanca on one side and the Ponoig mountain on the other. The garden is totally fenced and has space to park your car on your own property.

Polop is well connected to Alicante and Valencia, thanks to the AP-7. So, you can seek out the hustle and bustle of the Costa Blanca whenever the need arises.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
