Check-in is at 4 pm Check-out is at 10 am Please note, to book this listing you must be over 21 years old *Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog - Please note that there are 3 cameras on site- Camera Front Door, Patio Door Camera, Alley Camera - Others are inactive with these camera are solely for security purposes - Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors -Parking in driveway for 2 cars max. Street parking is not allowed - Pool can be heated for $100/day during October to April) We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following: -Abide by our rental terms and conditions. -Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in. -Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG. This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.
