Villa Izuru, nestled on the first floor, offers a luxurious retreat for up to four guests. Spanning 70 m², this elegantly appointed villa boasts a double bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed. The tastefully furnished interior features a delightful seating area, a charming dining table, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essential kitchenware.
Large windows and charming balconies provide picturesque views of the cityscape, while the modern and sophisticated decor creates an atmosphere of tranquility. Guests of Villa Izuru have exclusive access to the lush rooftop terrace, offering verdant surroundings and captivating views of the Acropolis. For added convenience, there is an option to connect this villa with the adjacent apartment, creating two interconnecting units if desired.
Please note that photoshoots or videoshoots in any part of the unit require prior approval from the host. Visitors are kindly requested to inform the host in advance of their arrival. Parties and events can be arranged upon request and are subject to an additional fee. Pets are welcome upon request and at no extra charge.
