Situated in the charming Berkshire Lakes neighborhood, our delightful pool home at the end of a serene cul-de-sac is your ticket to an unforgettable short-term stay. The pool and pool deck face south. Get ready to dive into fun with our heated pool and complimentary beach gear, including two brand new bikes for exploring the area’s treasures. Whether you’re soaking up the sun or cruising around town, adventure awaits right outside your door. The main bedroom, #1, features a King sized bed along with a sprawling en suite bathroom with direct access to the pool. The second bedroom, which faces the front of the home, features a Queen bed. Lastly, the third bedroom, which is a converted den is centrally located within the floor plan of the home and this room has a Queen bed with a trundle that pulls out from underneath (not shown). We’ve got you covered for outdoor fun with two shiny new bikes and paddle sport equipment to make the most of your stay. Inside, you’ll find a variety of dining spots: pull up a seat at the kitchen counter with its bar chairs and four-top dining set, or gather the group around the dining room table, which comfortably accommodates six. Prefer to dine outdoors ? We’ve got a spacious outdoor setup with a six-seater round table under the roof. And for a laid-back vibe, grab a snack or a drink and relax on the poolside chaise loungers Your seasonal rental home is located in Berkshire Lakes which offers tennis, a fishing pier, a community pool with a clubhouse, and a biking and jogging path/sidewalks. This is a well planned community with a nice mixture of single family homes, villas, condos and coach homes. The residents are also a good mix or full time residents and snow birds. Berkshire Lakes is located conveniently off of I-75 Exit 105 with many local attractions close including Golden Gate Community Park, Head Pinz Bowling, Paradise Coast Sports Complex, Baker Park and much more! Important Details: The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions. This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager. This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. Please allow 30 days for processing.
