Welcome to our seasonal rental luxury single family heated pool and spa home located in one of Bonita Springs newest golfing community- Bonita National Golf and Country Club.
Our home is privately situated on the north side of the community with thousands of acres of preserved woodland behind our home. With 3 bedrooms, a den, 3 full bathrooms and a heated pool and spa, our seasonal rental home is set up to allow our guests to have an immersive experience in the SW Florida subtropical paradise.
Our community is located at the eastern end of Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs, Fl. The community has wonderful modern amenities including tennis courts, a lap pool, a resort style pool with waterfall, a heated spa and a large deck with many seating and lounging options. There are multiple onsite dining and bar options with both formal and informal options. We can’t wait to have you enjoy our home!

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
