- The property has ceiling fans but does not offer A/C
- During late fall, winter, and early spring, be prepared for snow and mud on dirt roads. At certain times, a 4-wheel drive vehicle may be required to access the home. The Silverheels Ranch neighborhood does not have paved roads, and you will drive about 1.6 miles on dirt roads to access the home
- The deck stairs are currently unavailable and under repair. The balcony overlooking the aspen grove is still accessible from inside the home
- Please note that wood is not provided for the wood-burning stove. If propane is available in the gas tank or wood is on-site, guests may use it, but neither is guaranteed. Propane tanks can be refilled, and wood can be purchased in the town of Fairplay
