The grounds are beautifully landscaped, featuring lush lawns, Mediterranean plants, palm trees, fruit trees, and evergreen bushes. The expansive outdoor area includes a large private pool (12m x 6m), which can be heated during cooler months for an additional cost, and three dedicated yoga areas for relaxation. A putting and chipping green is also available at no extra charge, perfect for golf enthusiasts. Inside, Villa Ogden offers eight spacious and elegantly furnished bedrooms, all with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, featuring large beds, modern TV and hi-fi systems, and well-appointed bathrooms with double sinks and glass-enclosed showers. The master suite stands out with its super king-size bed, private terrace, and en-suite bathroom, which includes both a walk-in shower and a corner bath. Additional Costs and Fees: A refundable deposit of €5,000 is required, payable at least four weeks before arrival. This deposit will be refunded within two weeks of departure, with any damages deducted as necessary. Pool heating is available at an additional cost of €60 per day, which includes the pre-heating period (24 to 96 hours depending on outdoor conditions and the desired water temperature). A late check-in fee of €80 applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00. For events, an event fee ranging from €1,500 to €5,000 will be charged, depending on the number of guests and duration of the event. Additional costs may be incurred for extra facilities, such as toilets. The maximum number of additional guests is 50. Pets are allowed upon request, with an extra cleaning charge of €150.
