The villa’s spacious indoor and outdoor living areas exceed expectations for a property of its size. On the pool level, a generous family living room features satellite TV, a cozy real fireplace, and continues the clean, white design theme seen throughout the property. Bright accents add a splash of color, enhancing the stylish, contemporary vibe. The first floor boasts a sleek, modern kitchen that opens onto a sun terrace equipped with an outdoor dining table. Inside, another dining area comfortably seats eight guests, creating a perfect space for socializing and meals with a view. Villa Peverell offers three luxurious bedrooms. The master suite, with a king-size bed, air conditioning, and a Bose sound system, features an en-suite bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi bath, walk-in shower, and bidet. The suite also has a private terrace with stunning views. The second bedroom, with twin beds and similar amenities, shares a terrace with the third bedroom, a double room with its own en-suite bathroom. All rooms enjoy the same magnificent sea views and are designed with high-end finishes for maximum comfort. Entertainment options at Villa Peverell are plentiful, with a Bose sound system, Bluetooth sound system, and satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and more. Additionally, air conditioning, a private pool, and essential household amenities ensure a convenient and luxurious stay. A €3,000 damage deposit is required upon arrival, refundable within seven days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. Children of all ages are welcome at Villa Peverell. Cot services are available upon request for children aged 0-2 years at an additional fee of €50 per night. However, extra beds are not available.
