The Home
Experience luxury and serenity at this stylishly decorated 8-bedroom, 5.5 bath lakefront home, perfectly situated on a scenic point with expansive water views. Ideal for multi-family getaways, this spacious retreat sleeps up to 24 and offers everything you need for the ultimate vacation. Relax on the private sandy beach, soak in the hot tub, or unwind in the sauna. The Game room and outdoor firepit make it perfect for gathering and entertainment.
We allow pets, but there is a $35/night per pet fee, which we will request separately. Absolutely no cats.
Absolutely no events, weddings, or parties without approval. We do have an exterior camera on the front and back of our house for our guests’ safety.
If you’re planning to have an event during your stay, it’s important to get approval from us before booking. We’ll need to know the number of guests and cars, and there will be an additional event fee.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Yes, we are pet-friendly—with a few simple rules:
- Pre-approval required
- Pet Fee: $35 per night, per pet
- Pet Guidelines
- Pets must be leashed outdoors
- Clean up after your pet
- No pets on beds or furniture
- Guests are responsible for damage or pest control related to pets
- 💰 Damage Deposit
- $300 refundable deposit (Airbnb guests are covered via AirCover)
- Will be refunded if:
- No damage beyond normal wear and tear
- No smoking or pet violations
- No excessive cleaning needed
- Hot tub and amenities used respectfully
- 🧽 Pet-related cleaning: $50/hour if required

- Exterior-only surveillance for safety
- Located at the front and back of the home, and near the dock
- 🔥 Hot Tub & Pool – Use at Your Own Risk
- Supervise children at all times
- Do not sit or stand on the cover – it's for insulation only
- Infants/toddlers should not use the hot tub
- Kids should only use the tub for 5–15 minutes, depending on the temperature
- Encourage water breaks and caution signs like dizziness, nausea, or fatigue

- By staying at Boatsman's Point, you accept responsibility for your group's safety. The owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay.

- We are not responsible for:
- Weather disruptions
- Power outages
- Utility or appliance malfunctions
- We’ll do our best to resolve any issue as quickly as possible—just let us know!
